Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-8 working days from the date your order is dispatched. We also offer express delivery options:
- Next Day Delivery: Order before 2pm for next working day delivery
- Express 1-3 Days: Faster processing and delivery
- International Shipping: 7-14 working days depending on destination
Please note that personalised items may require additional processing time (usually 1-2 working days) before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel's journey in real-time.
What if I need my order urgently?
Select our Next Day Delivery option at checkout and place your order before 2pm on a working day. For personalised items, please contact us first to confirm we can meet your deadline.

Personalisation
How does personalisation work?
Personalising your gift is easy! Simply select the product, enter your custom text, choose fonts/colours if applicable, and complete your order. Our team will carefully create your personalised item exactly as specified.
What personalisation methods do you use?
We use various high-quality techniques depending on the product:
- Engraving: Laser engraving for metal, wood, and glass items
- Embroidery: For textiles, clothing, and soft goods
- Printing: High-quality digital printing for mugs, cushions, and more
- Vinyl: Precision-cut vinyl for smooth surfaces
Can I see a proof before you make my item?
For complex custom or bulk orders, we're happy to provide a proof for approval before production. Contact us at support@creadgift.com after placing your order. Please note this may add 1-2 days to your delivery time.
Are there any character limits for personalisation?
Character limits vary by product and are clearly stated on each product page. Generally: Names up to 15-20 characters, short messages up to 30-50 characters, longer messages up to 100-150 characters.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We're powered by Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms, and we never store your payment card details.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! We regularly offer special promotions. Sign up for our newsletter, follow us on social media, or check our homepage for current promotions. We also offer bulk order discounts for corporate gifts or large events.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes, a VAT receipt is automatically included with your order confirmation email. You can also access and download your receipts anytime by logging into your account.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
For non-personalised items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they're unused and in original condition.
Important: Due to their custom nature, personalised items cannot be returned unless they're faulty or we've made an error.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours at support@creadgift.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
What if there's a mistake in my personalisation?
If we've made an error, we'll remake your item free of charge and arrange express delivery at no extra cost. Please contact us as soon as you notice the error.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@creadgift.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Gift Services
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We'll send the gift directly to them. Prices are never included on gift deliveries.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer premium gift wrapping for a small additional fee. You can select this option at checkout. Each gift is beautifully wrapped with tissue paper, ribbon, and a gift tag.
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely! There's a gift message option at checkout where you can add a personal note (up to 200 characters). We'll print this on a beautiful card and include it with your gift at no extra charge.
Do you offer corporate or bulk order discounts?
Yes! For orders of 10+ items, please contact us at support@creadgift.com with details of what you need, and we'll provide a custom quote with volume pricing.
Other Questions
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout or by clicking the "Account" link in the top menu. Having an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, view order history, and save items to your wishlist.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@creadgift.com. Once personalisation has started or the order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes.
Do you have a physical store?
We're an online-only business, which allows us to keep our prices competitive and offer a wider range of products. All orders are processed from our UK workshop and shipped directly to you.
