At CreadGift, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.
Non-personalised items in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery
Personalised, engraved, or custom-made items (unless faulty), gift cards, and items returned after 14 days
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
Gift items can be returned for store credit. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or refund:
Get Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions
Send It Back
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided using a tracked shipping service
Inspection
Once received, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome within 3 business days
Refund Issued
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally items may arrive damaged. If this happens:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
We strongly recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
If the item is faulty or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping cost
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. Our team is happy to assist you find the right product.
Because personalised gifts are made especially for you, they are non-refundable unless:
- 🔨 The item arrives damaged or faulty
- ✏️ We made an error with the personalisation
- 📦 The wrong item was sent
Please review all personalisation details carefully at checkout. We are unable to accept returns for personalised items where the details were entered incorrectly by the customer.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- 🏦 Check your bank account — processing times vary by bank
- 💳 Contact your card provider — it may take several business days to post
- 📧 Contact us at support@creadgift.com if you've done the above and still have not received your refund
