⚠️ Important: Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
2. What Can Be Returned

Non-personalised items in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Personalised, engraved, or custom-made items (unless faulty), gift cards, and items returned after 14 days

📦 Condition Required

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

🎁 Gift Orders

Gift items can be returned for store credit. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally items may arrive damaged. If this happens:

⏰ Please note: Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. Our team is happy to assist you find the right product.

7. Personalised & Custom Items

Because personalised gifts are made especially for you, they are non-refundable unless:

  • 🔨 The item arrives damaged or faulty
  • ✏️ We made an error with the personalisation
  • 📦 The wrong item was sent

Please review all personalisation details carefully at checkout. We are unable to accept returns for personalised items where the details were entered incorrectly by the customer.

📝 Note: If you notice an error in your personalisation details after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@creadgift.com. We may be able to amend the order before production begins.
8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • 🏦 Check your bank account — processing times vary by bank
  • 💳 Contact your card provider — it may take several business days to post
  • 📧 Contact us at support@creadgift.com if you've done the above and still have not received your refund
⏱️ Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement after we confirm processing.
